Version 2026-v1 · Effective: May 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BlueGo platform ("Platform") operated by BlueGo Solutions OÜ, a private limited company registered in the Republic of Estonia (registry code: 17482859), with its registered office at Tartu mnt 67/1-13b, Tallinn 10115, Estonia ("BlueGo", "we", "us").
By placing an order or creating an account on our Platform, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
BlueGo provides digital travel services including: (a) eSIM mobile data plans for international travellers, and (b) flight delay/cancellation compensation claims facilitated through our partner AirHelp. All eSIM services are delivered digitally and activated via QR code immediately upon purchase.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You may create an account during checkout by providing your email address and choosing a password. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or show signs of fraudulent activity.
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. For consumers in the European Union, the VAT rate applied is the rate of your country of residence, in accordance with the EU VAT One-Stop Shop (OSS) rules for digital services. For customers located in Estonia, the standard rate of 24% applies.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. We accept major credit and debit cards. A digital invoice is issued for each transaction and is available in your account portal.
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU (Consumer Rights Directive) and the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (Võlaõigusseadus, § 56), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Exception for digital content: By completing a purchase of an eSIM data plan and receiving the QR activation code, you expressly acknowledge and agree that: (i) the digital content is supplied immediately upon purchase, and (ii) you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the eSIM is delivered. This consent is requested and recorded during checkout in accordance with Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
Unused eSIMs: If you have not activated (installed) your eSIM within 24 hours of purchase, you may request a full refund via our email (admin@bluego.io).
Flight protection: Flight compensation claims are managed by AirHelp and are subject to AirHelp's terms of service. Withdrawal from the BlueGo flight protection service is possible at any time before AirHelp has commenced legal proceedings on your behalf.
eSIM data plans are delivered digitally via QR code displayed on the order confirmation page and sent to your registered email address. Delivery is considered complete once the QR code is made available to you. No physical goods are shipped.
eSIM data plans are subject to: (a) the coverage and data allowances described on the product page at the time of purchase, (b) a fixed validity period starting from first connection to a mobile network, and (c) fair use of the network. BlueGo acts as an intermediary; connectivity is provided by third-party mobile network operators.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service in all locations. Coverage depends on local network infrastructure. If a plan does not activate due to a technical fault on our side, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
BlueGo's flight protection service connects you with AirHelp, an independent third-party service provider specialising in EU flight compensation claims under Regulation (EC) No 261/2004. BlueGo does not provide legal advice or legal representation; these are provided by AirHelp under their own terms.
Flight protection operates on a "no win, no fee" basis. If a compensation claim is unsuccessful, you owe nothing.
Activating Flight Compensation is optional and non-binding: it does not oblige you to file any claim, and you may choose not to proceed at any time.
BlueGo does not guarantee that the service or any compensation will be available. Flight compensation depends on the applicable passenger-rights regulations, which vary by country and route, and the service may not be available in all parts of the world, nor for all flight origins or destinations.
We process personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and our Privacy Policy . The legal bases for processing are: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and legitimate interests in fraud prevention (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
All content, trademarks, designs, and intellectual property on the Platform are owned by BlueGo Solutions OÜ or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BlueGo Solutions OÜ shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, (b) loss of profits or revenue, (c) interruption of business, or (d) loss of data arising from your use of our services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harju County, Estonia.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory provisions of the consumer protection law of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) No 524/2013, the European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the Platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
